Martec Aerial Services embraces state of the art technology. Our aircraft are fitted with professional sensors ensuring the delivery of reliable and highly accurate data. Aerial surveying allows us to quickly scan huge areas from the air while measuring points on the ground that are spaced only centimeters apart. We collect millions of points and build highly detailed terrain maps not possible utilising traditional survey methods. The resulting surface models are far more defined ensuring that volumes account for all minor surface deviations, water ruts, rocks etc.

Our large long range VTOL fixed wing fitted with super hi definition camera and state of the art RTK/PPK is capable of accurately surveying the most challenging of environments.
The PPK workflow requires very minimal ground control meaning that there is no need for surveyors to traverse on foot picking up ground control points. This not only saves huge amounts of time, but also dramatically improves safety. By allowing Martec Aerial Services to take care of the large or hard to reach areas, your terrestrial surveyors can focus on the areas that require boots on the ground and traditional survey techniques. Data integration is seamless. Our aerial survey techniques deliver very dense point clouds (hundreds of points per m2) ensuring that the surface is truly represented in the data, of course we can also later filter the points through object and terrain feature identification.
If you are required to survey large civil construction sites, or very long corridors such as pipelines, powerlines, remote roads or tracks then aerial survey is perfectly suited for you. We can map well over 500 hectares (up to 700) per 90 minute flight. All the data is precisely geo-referenced and after processing will be engineering ready for any CAD application.
